Research Overview
I am a Ph.D. candidate in the program of Applied Mathematics and Computational Science at University of Pennsylvania. My research interest lies in the computational algorithms in quantitative analysis of medical image. In particular, I am currently focusing on 3D image reconstruction of serial 2D histological sections and normalization with volumetric atlas.
