Research Overview:
I am a graduate student in the program of Applied Mathematics and Computational Science at University of Pennsylvania, conducting research under the supervision of Prof. Jim Gee and Prof. Danielle S. Bassett. My work focuses on the application of network methods and statistical methods to neural imaging data. More detailedly, my researches cover three topics: the analysis of dynamics, the simulation of neural systems, and the statistical inference on the network type data.
Education:
- PhD in Applied Mathematics, University of Pennsylvania, 2016(expected)
- B.Sc in Mathematics and Physics, Tsinghua University, 2007-2011
Projects:
- Controllability on the brain networks: compare three different control strategies on the brain networks generated from DSI data.
- Detection of structural state transition along neural development.
