Dorian has a background in cognitive neuroscience and has obtained his PhD from Ruhr University Bochum, Germany. His interests in translational research and advanced methods of analyses have brought him to work in close relationship with clinicians and other skilled researchers. His work includes the identification of cognitive and clinical biomarkers in epilepsy and stroke patients, and the translation of this knowledge to clinically useful tools that can classify epilepsy patients, predict post-stroke aphasia, or identify automatically brain lesions. Dorian is currently working on multimodal integration with non-linear machine learning tools, such as, random forests. See his public github page for more info:https://github.com/dorianps/
