ANTs
Advanced Normalization Tools (ANTs) extracts information from complex datasets that include imaging. It is best known for its accurate diffeomorphic image registration and template building. ANTs development is led by Brian Avants and supported by other researchers and developers at PICSL and other institutions. ANTs is now part of the ANTsX ecosystem, which also includes ANTsPy and ANTsR. For fast GPU-based registration, see FireANTs.
