I am a research associate in the Department of Radiology. My work focuses on the development of novel and translational image analysis techniques that allow for high-dimensional integration of multivariate bioimaging data to improve our understanding of neurodegenerative diseases. Specifically, I am interested in exploring cross-modality, network driven associations between histopathology and in vivo imaging of frontotemporal lobe degeneration. My goal is to develop methodological advancements that can provide new multi-scale perspectives for the complex relationship between microscopic pathology aggregation in the brain and macroscopic structural decline during life.
