Research Overview:
I am a graduate student in the program of Applied Mathematics and Computational Science at University of Pennsylvania, conducting research under the supervision of Prof. Jim Gee and Prof. Danielle S. Bassett.  My work focuses on the application of network methods and statistical methods to neural imaging data. More detailedly, my researches cover three topics: the analysis of dynamics, the simulation of neural systems, and the statistical inference on the network type data.
Education:

  • PhD in Applied Mathematics, University of Pennsylvania, 2016(expected)
  • B.Sc in Mathematics and Physics, Tsinghua University, 2007-2011
